8 oz softened Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped Bell peppers
1/4 cup of chopped Roasted red peppers
24 slices Salami
24 slices Ham
1 pack (about 32 small slices) Pepperoni
16 slices Provolone cheese
2 large, thinly sliced (remove some of the juice and seeds) Tomatoes
1 cup Lettuce

Ham: You can replace the classic boiled ham by using Virginia ham or smoked ham.

Salami: You can replace with spicy or mild salami. Make sure you get thin slices to make perfect thin rolls.

Ricotta Cheese: It will add more creaminess to the paste.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, bell peppers roasted red peppers and Italian seasoning until all the ingredients are well combined.


Take a tortilla and spread about 2 -3 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.


On top of the cream cheese mixture place about three salami, three pepperoni, three slice of ham and three slices of provolone cheese.


Make sure to leave ½ inch border around the edge.


Top with cherry tomato and lettuce and roll up the tortilla tightly.


Place the toothpick 1 inch apart down the rolled tortilla and cut between the toothpicks like pinwheels.


Repeat with the other tortillas and serve immediately.


If not refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
