Ingredients

3 cups Corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted
4.5-ounce Chopped green chiles, drained
1 1/2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
