  • Make sure to coat around the entire stick. That includes each end and any other areas where the cheese melts out when you fry them.
  • Be gentle when handling the sticks during the coating process. Make sure not to slide some of the coatings off of the cheese.
  • Give enough breadcrumb coating that it reduces the chance that cheese will melt out the sides when you’re frying them.
  • Make sure to freeze them at least for an hour before frying them. You should not skip this step before frying it. If not they are going to disintegrate into a melty cheesy mess.
  • Do not save the leftover bread crumbs for later use. Just throw away. It’s being contaminated with the raw eggs.
  • Make sure that your oil is hot enough to fry the sticks. Keep an eye on the temperature.
  • Be careful with the hot oil when dropping the sticks.
